PRO CIRCUIT AGREES TO A 3-YEAR MAJOR SPONSORSHIP DEAL WITH TERMINAL VELOCITY PROCESSING BEGINNING IN 2009

 Corona, California (December 8, 2008) – Mitch Payton, CEO of Pro Circuit Racing, which has been building after-market performance motorcycle parts since 1978, announced today they have signed a 3-year sponsorship agreement with Terminal Velocity Processing; an innovative payment service provider headquartered in Agoura Hills, California.  Under the terms of the deal, Terminal Velocity will provide sponsorship dollars to support the Pro Circuit Racing Team and also process Pro Circuit’s credit card transactions.

Mitch Payton states that – “our newly formed alliance with Terminal Velocity Processing has afforded Pro Circuit with much more than a 3-year sponsorship.  What’s so exciting and unique about the alliance is that Terminal Velocity not only saved us considerable dollars on our processing, but they are also allocating 100% of their net profits made on our account to fund the Pro Circuit sponsorship agreement.  Basically, they are redirecting monies, which we already pay from our credit card processing, back into the industry itself as part of their give-back branding initiatives. The end result is that it provides a continuous flow of funds well beyond the 3-year term, and mitigates our long-term risk for seeking funds from companies outside of the motocross industry.  It just doesn’t get any better than that.”
