If you don't have a good set of T-Handles, the Kowa T-Handle 7-Piece Set is an excellent place to start. Factory mechanics throughou the paddock use these tools because of their superior quality. Included are the 8, 10, 12, 14, and 17mm wrenches and the #2 and #3 Phillips screwdriver heads. There is also another Kowa set that we offer in the Hex Wrench T-Handle. This set includes 4, 5, 6, and 8mm socket end wrenches to fit just about any fastener on your dirt bike.

Race Performance Exhausts for 2024 KTM300 XC-W and KX450 Models
We have recently received the newest pipes for the 2024 Kawasaki KX450 and the 2024 KTM 300 XC-W. For the KX450, we have stocked up on the Ti-6 Pro and Ti-6 exhausts, one of our most popularexhaust models. The Ti-6 Titanium Exhaust System is designed to improve performance and is constructed of titanium throughout the head pipe, mid pipe, and canister, while the end-cap is made of carbon fiber. It's ready to give you gains where you want them. For those looking for our very durable stainless steel models, we also have the T-6 and T-6 Slip On in stock.
2024 KTM 300 XC-W owners can level up their game with the Works Pipe and various silencers. The Works Pipe and the Platinum Pipe will increase horsepower, and the torque gains will quickly be noticed across the entire RPM range. The unplated, oiled metal finish requires some maintenance but gives your bike that "Works Look"' while the Platinum Pipe is a unique fusion of power, elegance, and utility.
For the R-304 Silencer, it was developed as a full-race two-stroke silencer. The compact design of our R-304 Silencer offers optimum performance gains and is the top choice for racers who are serious about winning. The Ti-2 R-304 Silencer is similar to the popular R-304 Silencer except it is constructed with a carbon Kevlar shell, titanium tubing, and titanium end-caps. Another silencer option is the 304 Silencer, which is recommended for the most two-stroke applications. The brushed aluminum body and stainless steel inlet tube and end-cap gives you a silencer that looks as good as it performs. The Type 296 Silencer is a quiet spark arrestor that should be used when riding in noise-sensitive areas or any National Forest.

CRF110 Shift Shaft Brace
Additional Support for the Shift Shaft to Prevent Bending
Accidents on the track can happen like casing a jump or bumping into another rider. When mishaps like this arise, it could result in a part on your bike either bending or breaking. Luckily for 2013-2021 CRF110F riders, we here at Pro Circuit have just stocked a part that can offer additional support. Our Shift Shaft Brace is a CNC-machined part that sits just behind the shift lever and offers added protection for the shift shaft to prevent it from bending. Since the shift shaft sticks out on the 110, it's always best to have more support and to protect the transmission from serious damage. Don't be left with a bent shift shaft and have to replace it, so pick up a Pro Circuit Shift Shaft Brace for increased protection and a factory look.
Please note that the plastic countershaft sprocket cover will need some custom cutting for the shift shaft brace to fit properly.

2021 CRF450R Clutch Springs and 2018-2021 CRF250R Radiator Hose and Water Pump Cover Kit
It's important to make sure your engine is running its best so you can continue to be competitive in the world of supercross and motocross racing. That is why Pro Circuit works so hard to deliver quality high-performance engine parts to help our customer's bikes run the best they possibly can. Our newest parts to help get the job done are clutch springs for the 2021 CRF450R and a kit for the 2018-2021 CRF250R that includes our Y-Radiator Hoses and Water Pump Cover with Impeller.
Our clutch springs for new CRF450R riders offer an increase in clutch life, decrease clutch slipping and improves engagement over a stock setup. The radiator hose and water pump cover kit for new CRF250R riders also increases performance. The Y-Radiator Hoses feature premium-grade silicone material that makes the hose kit able to withstand higher temperatures and pressures that the OEM hose cannot, while the water pump cover with impeller increases the pumping capacity and pressure head to reduce cavitation and increase cooling system performance. Our performance parts are essential upgrades every Honda racer should be lining up to the gate with to help separate themselves from the rest of the pack.

Pro Circuit Pit Rugs

Some new accessories have arrived at our shop that will be great additions to any home garage or pit area at the race track. The new Pro Circuit pit rugs are now available in four different colorways for big bikes and mini bikes (yellow/red, red/blue, green and orange). Also available is a cool red/blue counter mat that will help protect the top of your bench from your heavy toolbox or fluids.
Our new pit rugs are constructed of six different layers that include absorbent materials to suck up oil, gasoline, coolant, water and dust. The polyester edging makes for a nice finish, the non-slip rubber bottom helps keep the mat in place, and finally the anti-UV layer protects the design. These rugs are also easy to clean and can be washed and reused.

Suzuki Ti-2 Carbon Fiber Silencer
Factory Performance for the 2004-2008 RM250 is now Available
The talented crew over at our pipe shop have whipped up a product we're sure RM250 riders will appreciate. The 2004-2008 RM250 is our newest model that we now make a Ti-2 Carbon Kevlar/Titanium Silencer for. We're excited to add this to our lineup to help Suzuki riders hook up their bike with a little style and better performance. The Ti-2 is similar to our popular R-304 Silencer except it is constructed with a carbon Kevlar shell, titanium tubing and titanium end-cap. The titanium and carbon Kevlar construction offer the "factory" look and appearance while reducing weight. For closed-course use only, the Ti-2 for the 2004-2008 RM250 will be perfect for riders looking to restore their older RM250 two-stroke model.
Please note this Ti-2 silencer will also fit the 2004-2005 European RM250 version as well.

2021 KX250/450 Linkage System
Better Handling and Performance for the Newer KX Four-Stroke Models
Pro Circuit is excited to release a new linkage system for the 2021 KX250 and 2019-2021 KX450 that brings the bike's handling performance to an entirely new level. The stock OEM linkage system for these newer models tends to be harsh and stiff at the beginning of the stroke and gets softer as the rear wheel goes deeper into the stroke. With our new linkage system, it's the complete opposite. The Pro Circuit KX250/KX450 linkage system is plusher at the beginning and stiffens up as the rear wheel goes deeper into the stroke. This adjustment lessens the need for stiffer high-speed valving, which can cause the rear to feel harsh and deflective. A considerable amount of research and testing for this new linkage system has resulted in a more true-to-weight spring rate to reach the ultimate sweet spot in handling for your new KX250/KX450. Ultimately, the new linkage creates a plush feel while increasing traction.
Note: An increase in spring rate is required. Usually a 0.2 kg/mm rate increase is recommended (Rate example: 5.4 goes to 5.6).

2002-2021 YZ125 Riders can now Have RV's Setup as Their own
Pro Circuit is excited to release a pipe and silencer package that Yamaha YZ125 riders will appreciate. Introducing the Ryan Villopoto spec Works Pipe and Ti-2 Carbon Kevlar Titanium Silencer, a setup fitted for a multi-time champion that can now be bolted onto your YZ125. The RV Works Pipe is available for 2005-2021 YZ125 models and is designed to be stronger on the bottom to the middle part of the power band.
