2021
• With little time on the bike after being signed late in the off-season, Shimoda's goals were about consistency and he was able to do more than that. He improved every single weekend, earning not only his first-ever podium, but his very first career supercross win at Salt Lake City.
2020
• In his first full year riding in the United States, Jo learned much and rounded out the season 3rd in the 250SX East region. That included seven top-10 finishes, with his best showing of fifth at both Atlanta and the penultimate round in Salt Lake City. During the Pro Motocross season, Jo hit his stride in the second half of the championship, finishing the final four races all in the top 10, with his final race being his best with a fifth overall. That fifth also included his best moto finish of third in Moto 2.
2019
• Jo got his feet wet riding the final three Pro Motocross races, collecting a top finish of 13th.
