PRICES:

All prices are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

CONTENTS:

Pro Circuit Products, Inc. believes the contents and specifications of its catalog, website, ads, and promotions are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices, or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing, and application at any time without prior notice.

BACKORDERS:

Pro Circuit Products, Inc. will always try to avoid backorder situations. However, if a backorder does occur, Pro Circuit will take your order and contact you as soon as the product becomes available.

SHIPPING:

The standard shipping method is FedEx Ground Service. FedEx Express (3-Day), Air (2-Day), Overnight (1-Day), and UPS services are also available at additional costs and only when requested and approved by Pro Circuit Products, Inc. C.O.D. delivery is not offered to retail customers.

If you require shipment via US Postal Service (Military Addresses Only), an additional handling fee will apply due to costs incurred in delivering packages to a Post Office.

No returns are accepted on new or unused products after 30 days from purchase. Warranty return requests must be approved by Pro Circuit Products, Inc. Prior to any return, contact Pro Circuit for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.

LIABILITY:

All products manufactured or distributed by Pro Circuit Products, Inc. are designed for use with standard machines. Pro Circuit makes no claims regarding product effectiveness on modified machines. Pro Circuit is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors, and modifications. We assume no liability for errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices, or model applications.

Specifications, product descriptions, pricing, and applications may change at any time without notice. Buyers assume all risk for any and all damage to themselves, others, or property resulting from product failure. By installing or using any Pro Circuit product, you accept and understand these terms and confirm that all instructions were followed.

Adding new components to your motorcycle—especially engine, suspension, or braking parts—can radically alter performance characteristics. Ensure proper installation and torque settings as per supplied instructions or original manufacturer specifications. Test on level ground at low speeds to verify performance. Regularly inspect and maintain the parts based on use and conditions.

Failure to install, maintain, or operate the parts correctly may result in vehicle damage or loss of control, potentially causing injury or death.
