Warranty

1. Express Warranty. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and in lieu of any other (if any) express warranties, Pro Circuit warrants that under normal use and service, on the date of acquisition as shown on your receipt or similar proof of payment and for the next 90 days, that the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship. As to any defects discovered after the Warranty Period, there is no warranty or condition of any kind. Purchaser is not to rely upon any representation, statement, or other assertion with respect to the nature or quality of products and acknowledges all products are for off-road use only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and no warranty of any kind is provided with respect to any subjective or aesthetic aspects of the product. The express warranty stated above is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of all other express or implied warranties and conditions (except for any non-disclaimable implied warranties that exist), including any created by any other documentation or packaging. No information or suggestions (oral or written) given by Pro Circuit, its agents, affiliates, suppliers or their employees shall create a warranty or expand the scope of this Limited Warranty.

2. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. Subject to applicable law and the following, and provided that you return the Pro Circuit product to your place of acquisition (or to Pro Circuit, if that place will not accept the return) with a copy of your receipt or other bona fide proof of payment during the Warranty Period, Pro Circuit will, at its option and as your exclusive remedy:

Repair or replace all or part of the defective product.

The above remedy is subject to the following:

• • Any repaired or replaced product will be new, refurbished, or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original product;
• • Any product repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days from the date of shipment, whichever is longer;
• • Costs associated with transport (including packaging) for warranty service shall be at your expense;
• • Pro Circuit does not provide any warranties regarding any other services provided under this Limited Warranty and disclaims all duties of workmanlike effort or lack of negligence regarding such services.

3. EXCLUSION OF OTHER DAMAGES. TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PRO CIRCUIT AND ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY:

• • CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
• • DAMAGES OR LOSS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RELATING TO LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PRIVACY OR CONFIDENTIALITY, INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT/DEVICE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY;
• • INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE PRODUCT OR ITS PERFORMANCE.

The foregoing applies even if Pro Circuit or any supplier has been advised of such damages; and even in cases of fault, tort (including negligence), strict or product liability, or misrepresentation.

4. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE. This Limited Warranty does not apply if the product:

• • is used for commercial purposes (including rental or lease);
• • is modified or tampered with;
• • is damaged by misuse, abuse, accident, or wear and tear;
• • is damaged during shipment;
• • is not used in accordance with instructions; or
• • is repaired or altered improperly.
• • Pin holes in 2-stroke pipes
• • Erroneous jetting/fuel management mapping
• • Damage due to degraded silencer packing

All Pro Circuit systems come with high temperature silencer packing material. This material’s effectiveness will degrade over time. Repacking or replacing the silencer packing is considered required maintenance; failure to do so is considered misuse/abuse.

Instructions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please follow the instructions below to return the item.

1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Call 1-951-738-8050 to request an RMA. Returned items will not be accepted without an RMA.

2. Returns

All returns must be in new condition with original packaging and received within 15 days of RMA issuance. Insurance and tracking are strongly recommended. Damaged items will not be refunded.

3. Refunds

If the returned product is eligible for a refund:

• • Cash payments will be refunded via cash or check.
• • Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
• • Check payments will have a 15-working-day waiting period before refund processing.

4. Return Shipping Methods

Do not return items via COD. COD packages will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Address

Non–Returnable Items

Closeouts, discontinued, used, worn, and Internet sale items, as well as all magazines, videos, and printed periodicals, are not returnable or refundable.

Additional Items

Ignition Boxes: Sold without warranty. Exchanges allowed within 14 days of purchase.

Quiet Core: These inserts are designed for off-road use requiring 94–96 decibels. We recommend part #PC4003-0001 and #PC4003-0002 for use in state parks. This core replaces the insert under the end cap cover.
